JOB TITLE: Financial Services Specialist

REPORTS TO: Lobby Services Manager

DEPARTMENT: Lobby Services

LOCATION: Edwards Ranch, West Fort Worth

JOB OVERVIEW: Has extensive knowledge of deposit accounts such as Commercial and Consumer Checking, Savings, Money Market, CD’s, IRA, HSA, Safe Deposit Boxes, and Treasury Management products. Responsible for performing a broad variety of financial services such as opening and closing accounts, assisting clients with account inquiries, account maintenance such as name change, address updates, product changes, and assist in the teller line as needed. Presents and explains bank products and services to customers and assists in meeting their financial needs. Resolves customer requests and questions promptly, courteously, and professionally. Ensures compliance with regulations, bank policies, and safety and security procedures. Performs other tasks as required or assigned.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS: High school education or equivalent is required. Personal Banker experience is required, including teller. Expertise should include computer skills including a thorough understanding of bank technology systems. Working knowledge of Microsoft software products is necessary. Good organizational and interpersonal skills are all needed. The ability to balance several ongoing projects simultaneously and customer relationships is required. Strong oral and written communications skills for communicating and building relationships with internal and external customers is important. Frequently requires problem solving. Willingness to travel to other locations based upon staffing needs is necessary.

EXTERNAL CONTACTS: Frequent contact with customers both in person and over the phone.

INTERNAL CONTACTS: Frequent contact with all Bank personnel.

DECISION MAKING RESPONSIBILITIES: Day to day customer services issues.
